The room was really clean and spacious. Appreciated the murphy bed so that the kids didn't have to share the other double bed. Lots of things to make the kitchen usable. Private balcony with furniture to sit. The staff responded right away when the frig was leaking. The restaurant was on-site, and the Mexican food, especially the soups, was good. Happy to have the fresh fruits. The beach was right there and lovely. Nice to have places to sit on the beach all set up. Really thankful for the little grocery convenience store in the hotel. Otherwise, we were walking a mile round trip to buy "conveniences."

We got upgraded to a large ambassador apartment that had vintage style furniture which did not look like in pictures but was well maintained. The hotel facilities are nice, restaurants, large pool, hot tub, beach chairs and umbrellas, volley court and balls, sand toys, playground. Next to the hotel they have an aqua park that was good. They also have a small market in the hotel. The hotel offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with good food for a good price. Most things at the hotel are free for kids 6 and younger and half price for kids up to 12 years of age.

The hotel has all you need. For a short stay you may just stay in the hotel without going anywhere out. There is the sea, pools, food, souvenirs, small grocery shop, water slides (cost extra), basic gym. Pools are open till pretty late evening. Great view from the terrace. I was upgraded to the suite with dining room and kitchen. The breakfast and evening buffet were good and tasty with enough variety of food. The restaurant staff was attentive and nice.

Nice comfortable room with cooking facilities, the swimming pool is really nice. There are daily events at the pool which may or may not be for everyone. Would be great with kids. Kitchen facilities are great as there are no cheap eat options nearby. The R1 local bus stop is right outside the property very easy to get in and out of the downtown area to get out of the tourist bubble.

We had very big appartement with litchen (Studio). In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, in the living room there is another bed, for 1-2 persons. The kitchen is equiped with basic things. Good Internet. Secured parking. There is a small supermarket by the lobby. Breakfast is 15 usd per person but we did not used it. Nice wide beach, clean with a lot of chairs and ambrellas.
